Taelin's first time at the zoo!

We got to go to the zoo yesterday for Taelin's first time. It was so much fun!

He got to go down the giraffe slide for the first time and loved it!

We forgot what these were called, but they look like little rabbits, but walk like dogs!

A Capuchin! So cute! he reminds us of Taelin!

We saw this lion and it was sleeping, so we told it to wake up, and it did...

Then we told the lion to do something and it yawned!!!!!!

A HUGE yawn!

Then we told the Lion to come close to us...so it got up and came close to us!
And that's our story with the Lion:)

They were eating some leaves! it was so cool. Giraffes are my favorite to see! I want to ride one someday!



Daddy and Taelin! What a hot day! It was 74 degrees!
We got to see how big and tall we were in animal sizes:
Dalin: As tall as a KING COBRA, and weighs as much as a HYENA
Jennie: As tall as a RHINO, and weighs as much as a BOA CONSTRICTOR
Taelin: we don't remember how tall he was but he weighed as much as an IGUANA
We had so much fun at the zoo!! Taelin even got to go again the next day with his baby sitter HOLLY and his son Caleb. He loved it!
