Our Labor Day Camping Trip
Dalin was REALLY HUNGRY and wanted soup, we forgot to pack a can opener, so he decided to smash the can against a rock, and this is how the can turned out...
We had some Duckie Friends, and decided to feed them some bread.
Dalin had the great idea of building us a itty bitty fire on the beach, it turned out awesome, and really did keep me warm! He has such great ideas!
He was REALLY COLD! :)
We decided to roast some marshmellows and make some S'mores, and they turned out AMAZING!!
First BSU game of the Season:)
Dalin is a cheer leader at Boise State, and I love watching him cheer. This year BSU decided not to have the truck ride out at the beginning of the game onto the new turf, so Dalin gets to ride his sweet Motorcycle onto the field with the BSU Bronco Mascot sitting behind him holding the BSU flag! IT IS SO FREAKIN SWEET!! I just turn to everyone around me and say, "yep that's my husband." :) He loves it!!
Heather's Wedding:)
Poopiest Day ever!
On July 17th, 2008 around 11:10 P.M. I recieved a phone call from Dalin's mom telling me that the ambulance was on it's way to take Dalin to the emergency room. Dalin was up in Garden Valley doing his last show of 7 brides for 7 brothers, while i was at Edwards waiting for him to see the midnight showing of THE DARK KNIGHT. His mom explained to me that he hurt his knee REALLY badly doing a back flip. He couldn't put ANY pressure on it and if he did, he would fall straight to his face. So, I decided to be a nice wife and leave the midnight showing and meet him at the hospital:) It was so sad!
It turned out that Dalin dislocated his Patella, twisted his femur, tour his miniscus and ACL, and sprained his MCL! We were so lucky that he didn't even have to have surgery on anything! He is doing a lot better, and is working with the trainers at BSU to help his knee become strong again. We are so thankful for how much the Lord has blessed us with this trial of ours.

The 4th of July in GARDEN VALLEY!
Dalin decieded to show me what a REAL 4TH OF JULY IS LIKE! We drove up to Garden Valley, and do they love the 4th! The whole town, of like 300, drop everything to make sure the 4th is a day you will remember! I got to see the awesome parade, that lasted about 15 min of them just going around the town and back. It was awesome. After the parade the fireworks started. They lasted for 3+ hours! Everyone in the streets lighthing off every firework you can think of. The crazy thing is that they are ligthing all of these off right next to telepone polls and by gas stations. I loved spending the 4th of July in Garden Valley, and Dalin was right, nobody has ever experienced a good 4th of July until they see what it's like in Garden Valley.
