In the Spirit of Thanksgiving

I am so thankful for this time of year to reflect on what I am thankful for. I am so thankful for a wonderful loving family and for a husband who is willing to fight for our freedom. I love them so much and I couldn't be happier. I am thankful for my other famalies who have been here for me while my husband has been gone. I am thankful for the most beautiful baby boy in the world. I am thankful that we are all healthy and strong. I am thankful for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and for the chance that we have to repent and be better every day. I am thankful for my wonderful job. I am thankful for a bed to sleep on and for food to eat. I am thankful for clothes and my dog. I have the best life ever! THANK YOU SO MUCH VETERANS AND ACTIVE DUTY MEMBERS OF THE MILITARY FOR KEEPING OUR COUNTRY FREE!

DISCOVERY CENTER

This afternoon we went to FREE DISCOVERY CENTER with our friends the Moore's. There are a couple things there that Taelin loved....but I think that he will do better in a couple of years. We had so much fun! Taelin loved anything that had a Ball on it. He could of spent HOURS at this one, but there were other kids in line so we let them play too.



He really liked to take these shapes off of the board and put them on the floor...what a silly boy.

This one was a hard one to wait in line for...HE WANTED TO DO IT SO BAD...and just kept wanting to cut in line and was screaming. You sit in this cool seat and then pull a rope to pull you up high and then when you let go it brings you down. Thank heavens the line wasn't that long. When it was FINALLY his turn he was so happy! What a big boy!

Cole liked to peak through the holes at the balls.

Taelin could have spent HOURS at this one too. It's this HUGE wheel that you spin as fast as you can and then throw on these little animals to watch them stay on while spinning round and round and then as the speed decreases the animals fall off. he LOVED it!

Taelin had a hard time riding the bike...but he sure did love to hold the handle bar...just one...:)

After the discovery center we decided to go to the park. Taelin loved walking across the bridge and looking into the river.

Taelin loves to play with Macie. Well he really likes to tease her. Such a boy!

Then all of a sudden Taelin grabbed this bucket thing and started going around in circles. He is so silly! GOSH I LOVE MY LITTLE MONKEY BOY!

So the construction people that are working on the side walk will be done in a couple of days...makes me happy so we can use the driveway..but also sad because TAELIN LOVES TO WATCH THEM OUT THE WINDOW! Today they were laying down the cement and Macie & I went to go run some errands while Taelin was sleeping and when we came back Macie ran as fast as she could and put her paw prints in the cement. The construction guys were just laughing. They said that I could put her paw print in the cement if I wanted to, but I said no and suggested putting Taelin's hand print instead:) IT TURNED OUT GREAT! i have always wanted to do this, so it made me super happy!!





This afternoon Taelin helped me outside rake up the leaves. He seriously is the BEST helper ever! Thanks so much!

SO EXCITED TO SEE THIS GUY IN 22 DAYS FOR THANKSGIVING & HIS BIRTHDAY!!!! WE LOVE YOU DALIN!!!!

CONSTRUCTION

The City is re-doing all of our neighborhoods side walk that has cracks in it...so right now we have ZERO use of our driveway. Taelin LOVES to watch the construction guys tear up the sidewalk and use there big machines to scoop it up and dump it in the big truck. We watch from outside and inside. He was very confused when he couldn't go on his normal walk...but we still managed to do it:) In a couple days we will have our driveway again..but for now thanks construction guys for keeping my little man happy:)







Macie LOVES to try and put this HUGE soccer ball in her mouth...what a silly dog!

And Taelin was not happy about Macie grabbing the stick out of his hand.

Loves to put the hose on this and try to make water come out of the hose to have it go down the holds.

And he is a boy for sure..LOVES TO PLAY WITH DIRT!
